You can get the suggestion from the distributor when purchasing a solar generator system. The distributor can analyze the electrical load of your house and specify and install the system for you.

If the system has been installed correctly, it can work automatically.

When no electricity is generated from the inverter:

(a) Check and make sure all circuit breaker is in the ON position.

(b) Check if there is any wire connector is loose.

(c) Check if there is any alarm or fault message displayed on inverter control panel.

(d) Check if there is any alarm or fault message displayed on battery control panel. 

After that, if you still can not solve the problem, please call for help from the distributor where you purchased the system.

Prepare the following information:
— Model number
— Serial number
— Proof of purchase
— Date and place of purchase
Our technicians will guide you to complete some basic diagnoses.

— If the inverter was equiped with anti-dust kit, it need to be cleaned every one month.

—  Lithium Battery and the wire connection should be checked within every 12 months.

(1) If you have added any new household appliance recently?If yes,  the working time of battery would be shorter just because of the consumption of new household appliance.

(2) Does the battery work beyond the design life? If yes, you need a new battery.

(3) When discharging, check every cell voltage displayed on the battery panel, if there is unbalance,  please call for help from the distributor where you purchased the system.
